Application Criteria
Except for active duty military, applicants must have a verifiable monthly income equal to three times (3X) the rent to qualify with no eviction or pre-eviction history. Military BAH is taken into consideration for all ranks. Our minimum credit score is 580. Some properties may have a higher score requirement.
All applicants must submit a complete rental application. It can be printed from this website. We will also need pay stubs, LES, and a copy of a current state-issued picture ID such as a driver's license. Complete application packages can also be dropped off at the office or in our night drop if we're not available. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
