Our story began in 1995 when our founder began acquring investment properties in southeastern Virginia. In 2000, when he accompanied his wife on military orders, he hired a managemtnf firm to operate his properties until he returned. He later opened Hampton Roads Real Estate Management Co., LLC., dba Charthouse Properties. Employing the lessons he learned from having been an absentee landlord for 5 years, he've deveopled the philosophy that our goal must be to create and preserve a predictable income stream for our landlord clients. We now operate as Charthouse Properties under our newley rebranded and growing firm. Additional services include selling properties, commercial leasing and property management.
Charthouse Properties serves a growing number of military families that sell or leave homes behind when they depart the area.
We handle all aspects of renting out your investment property, handling everything from marketing and tenant application process to collecting the monthly fees and getting property owners paid each month. We are trusted each month by many people to provide them with a smooth approach that allows them to focus on other things.
