Mike has over 26 years experience leasing, managing, and selling single family homes, apartment buildings, manufactured housing communities, office and retail buildings. Prior to working in real estate, he worked as a credit manager in the telecommunications, orbital satellite, and building supply industries. He holds a B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan University and graduate certificate in commercial real estate from Monmouth University. VA DPOR License # 0225206727

Betsy joined ChartHouse Properties after a career in the United States Navy Nurse Corp (USN NC) where she retired as a commissioned officer (O5). Betsy's focus is leasing and office administration. Mona Deeds - Peninsula Leasing
Mona handles leasing and operations in the Virginia peninsula cities of NEwport News, Hampton, Yorktown, and Williamsburg. She joined Charthouse Properties in 2017 after a career in building material supply and services. VA DOPR License # 0225228748
